Suzaku (hour one)
One hour into the Suzaku painting I took this screenshot haha. I've been able to (sort of) break one of my very bad habits of zooming in to detail stuff too early and I painted the face within the first hour fully zoomed out (this view).
However, one habit I have not broken yet is distributing the work across the whole piece as I progress...virtually everything except her face is untouched (beyond base painting level) and...
