Issue with Rewards ?

Whenever a patron decides to stop supporting me, they are brought to an exit survey in which they have the option to leave a comment stating their reason for doing so.

The survey is completely anonymous, so you don't have to worry about that.

Recently a patron left, stating in said survey they didn't get unwatermarked content in the Gold Reward pack, which I'm assuming is March 2019 ?
