The model has lots of shapekeys but some of them don't work well. Especially the face keys.

Apparently with some older models the newest Version of Blender decides not to render them.
When will i ever learn?
But not all is lost. I was smart enough to have a seperate save file for 4.1, I only need to redo a bit of stuff.
