These are the preliminar sketches that WEREN'T used for the final art. At least not in their entirety.
The final versions became much better, as you can see in the color sample. Sometimes you don't nail it at the first attempt!

Short storyline: It's Independence Day in Mexico, and there are home parties all over the country, celebrating the annual event. This one, though, was enlivened by a go-go dancer that really loves his job.
