I think aphelios is still a very situational ADC, thats why hes so low rated, if enemy has heavy dive the champ becomes a lot better, or in matchups he can just abuse.
Kalista is so terrible lol
Samira is really good right now if draft allows it, engage support and not against champs like alistar and youll have a good time

TF Up a tier, very good buffs for soloq, rlly op some games, but some games tenacity is too easy to get and matchups are still hard for tf.

Aatrox change doesnt do anything
Chogath mainly is a counterpick , usually you pick it into tanks, so armor isnt that big of a deal.
Garen is bad after change, need buffs.
Ryze up a tier, much stronger trades now in toplane with the buff
Mundo up a tier, simply cus he isnt worth being in same tier as ksante skarner reksa...

Diana is better, but not op or something, rocketbelt buff previously helped her too, but champ is rlly weak in early 1v1s, and can only really play in 1 way ( go in ) so i wouldnt say shes op or something, countered by many champs
Think elise is still a lot better than she used to be but down 1 tier
