I really like this sort of expressive big brush. It doesn't quite look like "professional" work and there are so many spots where you can see the edges and the "artist's hand" in the work. There are plenty of bits left undone. And loads of lines that overlap where there shouldn't be.

There's another page of this rough sketching but I actually quite like how it came out. The flow is good, even if the composition is a little plain. I'd like to lay out an entire fight scene like this and add more actors into a scrum. This is the kind of sketch that would keep DC from letting me draw a Cassandra Cain comic.
I actually like the motion here in this older sketch, and the quick smooth thick paint brush. It's bad at giving me sharp lines but it's great at laying out a lot of area really fast. What it isn't helping me with is knowing how to draw knees. Knees are something I really should spend a month practicing right alongside hands.
