[WIP] Imperial Mobile Detention Center
Added 2016-03-22 23:10:36 +0000 UTCI was supposed to make a detention center, but I wanted to give a unique feel. So I ended up doing this weird hanging structure that acts also as a labour camp. Let's see how this turns out after I've added some details.
