LEGACY deck

Quick update about my Legacy deck.

I'm going to print 500 decks. 1 deck will cost 25€ but you'll basically get it for free in the 'First Come First Serve Bundle' of the Innocence Gold Foil Kickstarter campaign. Mark your calendars for May 3! 🌝

I couldn't find the files of the 'Forest Playing Cards' and the 'Orbit V3 deck' anymore so I contacted USPCC. They basically said that the Orbit V3 deck is too old - they only have the box file. I opened the file and... it was empty :D I scrolled back through Chris' and my facebook chat until 2017 and was able to find the back design at least. Had to recreate the Ace with the files that I have on my computer and an Orbit V3 deck on my desk as a reference. Nearly the same problem with the Forest deck. At least I got the backs from USPCC but I had to recreate the Ace of Spades from an unfinished file that I found on my hard disk and a photo of the Ace that I found online. That and the arrangement of the aces was basically my occupation for the day today.

I also had to google 3-4 times whether the ace was really the right one. Some of the designs were created by me so many years ago that I don't even really remember them anymore. I'm getting old :D For example, the 2nd to last ace in the 3rd row with the 2 roses. That is the Polyantha Ace that I originally designed in 2015. It was the 2nd deck I've ever designed. That's why the Ace of Spades has 2 roses. Of course, I couldn't keep the idea the same, otherwise the 20th deck would be all roses everywhere. I'm sure I wanted to keep it for the 2019 USPCC release out of nostalgia. But seeing the ace confused me a little. I would probably have found a different solution today. But that's also one of the great things about the designs, that they show a never-ending learning process.
