MFW - e04v1.29 is in Beta phase now

Since I'm late this time, this beta version is available to my $10 patrons and above.
(The reason why I kept delaying these past few months was because I had the Win32kfull.sys BSOD ever since I bought the new PC a few months ago. I re-installed windows several times, but it kept appearing after 1-2 weeks. At the moment, my only solution is to use system restore point because it seems like it's the problem with driver conflict.)
After our friend Jareth finishes checking typos, I'll release the official version.
