Pregnancy for Ha-Young?

For a few months, I've been thinking a lot about Ha-Young's fate because of the connection between My Future Wife and Clean Slate.
At first, the connection was the death of Ha-Young. But this ending would be too tragic so I changed to think of another connection: Ha-Young would be childless. Even though this ending of My Future Wife wouldn't be the best for fans who love pregnancy, it's needed for Clean Slate. Anyway, I've been developing My Future Wife with the help of everyone so I want to make the decision with everyone. And these are the options for us:
- Choice 1: Ha-Young will be childless in My Future Wife, and the story will be continued in Clean Slate. In Clean Slate, Ha-Young will re-appear and be pregnant (to avoid spoiling the story, the details won't be discussed here).
- Choice 2: Ha-Young will be pregnant in My Future Wife, and we won't have Clean Slate. Instead, My Future Wife will be developed a bit longer for pregnancy scenes.
