Rest When You Are Sick š¤§

So thatās what Iām doing.
If youāre sick - rest. Youāre not lazy or weak or anything of that nonsense.

You know the honey citrus/medicine ball tea from Starbucks has helped me and my co-workers whenever we gotta grind through a flu or cold. Or a homemade one with slices of the yellow lemon, freshly cut ginger, turmeric, and lots of honey (you can add cloves too but that's optional) Not only could they help but they're sooooo good š hope you get plenty of rest!
