i think that the OP is suggesting that Kat can react with "Nezuko's voice" doing the typical "mmm mmm" (her voice muffled with the bamboo muzzle) when agreeing with TanjirΓ΄, because Kat's voice sounded similar (?) (like very low, high-pitched and "muffled") because of being sick , or maybe because OP doesn't want for Kat to force her voice. i dunno, that's how i interpreted the comment anyways xd and sorry for such a long explanation for such a short comment, i didn't know how else to put it into words in english, i'm not very good at it :c
