I highly recommend checking out stoicism. As someone who loves hard and used to be quick to anger I can tell you that stoicism probably saved my life. I was used to be scared of things like the death of my parents and how I would take it. I used to be very possessive. I've learned that you can love without possessing and that it's more healthy. It all sounds hard af on the surface but im about 3 or 4 years in now and I've never been more at peace and I've gotten to know myself on a very intimate level. More self aware. I recommend Ryan Holliday's book called "The Daily Stoic." He also has a YouTube channel but the book is very good and you only have to read a page a day. Insightful quotes and what they mean. I'll end with this. I watched The Clone Wars ages ago and some of the quote before each episode used to, either, not make sense or I disagreed with. After getting a better understanding of the world/ people/myself through stoicism, I've come to understand most, if not all, of the quotes and they all make much more sense. Some even have different or multiple meanings. Things I weren't able to see before. Highly recommend stoicism for anyone who needs help controlling their emotions.

How would one train jealousy?

Jealously is natural but with training its very easy to keep under control. That's with all emotions.
