This is my go-to audio when I sleep now. I've tried to do without it... but I sleep like 💩 if I do. The first playthrough is enough to bring me to the brink of slumber... and then the rest just helps to slip me under. Even if I have to wake up mid-sleep cycle, *boom* I'm back out like a light listening to his even breathing. ❤❤❤
