2025-01-10 00:59:52 +0000 UTCas i'm watching just to clarify for cait, they did not get killed if they leave the games. it was that they were approached again after leaving and most of them chose to return (gi hun included) after realizing their lives outside basically lead to death either way. other comments answered your main confusion but a season 1 recap vid may be helpful if some things dont make sense.

2025-01-09 15:54:48 +0000 UTCIn season 1 they got to vote whether they want to leave or stay and whatever the majority chooses is what happens but it only happened after the first game and they didnโt get any money either but this season they get to vote after EACH game and if they choose to leave they get to share the money they โearnedโ not the full amount. + the old lady that was taking care of the kid (saebyeokโs brother) is sangwooโs mom (his friend whom he battled in the final game of the first season)

2025-01-09 09:22:28 +0000 UTChey guys to answer your questions (these are not spoilers): gi hun's mom passed away at the end of season 1. she died on her bedroom floor, i remember because right after he won the games he found her and she already had passed away. the old lady you're talking about is sang woo's mom, his childhood friend he played the last squid game with. the one who played marbles with ali lol that's his mom and he left sae byeok's little brother with her. maybe a refresher would be good if im not making any sense also yes cait got it right, number 11 saw the dad of the sick girl also number 333 (im siwan) is an actor you've seen before in the movie unlocked, he was the bad guy. he was in the same kpop group as hyungsik. i loved him in strangers from hell lol also top isn't in big bang anymore, he left in 2023 i think to purse acting. but yes would love to see g-dragon mama performance anyway haha thanks guys!
