Anyway I wanted to post a physique update this month cause Iโve been training hard for skater migration which means I have to EAT. Iโll also be super busy this month cause I am NOT a cardio guy and 30 miles of skating a day is gonna ruin me if I donโt train. Wish me luck yโall ๐ญ
