Yes, good point Gooner, this wasn't intentional, as I honestly just forgot to update the achievement. This is fixed in tomorrow's release!

What I would politely ask is that in future if you have completed everything you can do in the version you are playing ... then it shows up 100% instead of misleadingly making you think there is more to do .... and subsequently wasting time trying to finish something that you cannot.
