Posts are back!

Hihi,

I know this isn’t the normal post yet again. I want to say I am so grateful to everyone who has become patrons and has been respectful of the privacy of Patreon exclusive content. Your support means so much and allows me to spend more time creating what I love.

I hope that explaining the impact that these posts have had will convince the person who is reposting my work to stop before further action needs to be taken. When someone reposts my work it is damaging to my business and how I support myself.

I am a full-time freelance artist, which means the money I make from Patreon and my commissions is how I pay my bills. If people can access my content for free it devalues my art/subscriptions and affects my ability to create. If I can’t pay my bills I will have to get a different job, and I won't be able to draw anywhere near as much as I do now. Not only would that be devastating for me as a creator, but I wouldn’t be able to make all the silly little stories I share to make people smile.

The act of reposting my work pretending to be me also has a negative impact on how my brand and I are viewed. I would never post my work on a website that undercuts hard working artists and attempts to take away people's livelihoods.

I don’t encourage anyone to pick on this person or call them names. I don’t agree with what they’ve done but they are still a person and I hope they make the right decision to take down the posts and not repost any new art in the future.

Thank you again to everyone for their patience while I worked through this. Posting will resume as of today.

I will be trialling a new posting method which involves direct messaging a weekly art pack. Please do not share the packs with anyone, including fellow patrons. I have added channels to the discord for comments and discussion of art posts so we can still interact as a community.

If you aren’t on the discord yet you can join through the link in your membership summary but you are more than welcome to respond to the DM if you have comments you would like to share with me directly.
